He would submit that pursuant to the order passed on 12.08.2025, he submitted Application to the Registry of this Court with requite documents which was duly accepted on 14.08.2025. However, Registry of this Court by letter dated 01.09.2025 informed him that number of Anticipatory Bail Application i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No.2174 of 2016 has not been mentioned in the said order and the same is required to be mentioned in the said order.

In view of the above, the following sentence be added at the end of paragraph No.10 of the order dated 12.08.2025. "It is clarified that this amount of Rs.10,34,000/- was deposited by Petitioners in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2174 of 2016."

The amount of Rs.10,34,000/- alongwith all accrued interest has been allowed to be withdrawn by order dated 12.08.2025. 6.

The objection raised by the Assistant Registrar, Decree Department, (W.P.) dated 26.08.2025/01.09.2025 stands complied with.

Addition to the above effect be carried in the order dated 12.08.2025 and corrected order be uploaded today itself. 8.
