Considering the law laid down in St. Ulai High School and Anr. vs. Devendraprasad Jagannath Singh, 2007 (1) Mh.L.J. 597 (Full Bench), that the service of the Petitioner shall not be terminated merely for the reason that his approval is refused and the Management would pay the salary of the Petitioner.
