Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

We have perused the order dated 2nd February, 2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8948 of 2023, filed by the same Petitioners.

The learned AGP representing the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur submits that the said Education Officer (Secondary) Dr.Eknath Aambokar has instructed the learned AGP to state that he would withdraw his impugned order dated 7th March, 2024, and a notice of hearing would be issued to the

Trupti 2 28-wp-14062-2024.odt Management. After the Management is granted an opportunity of explaining on the objections raised, a fresh reasoned order would be passed.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
