In all these matters, the issue is of reimbursement of the fees to the Petitioner/Management qua the fees of the students admitted in 25% quota under the Right to Education Act, 2009.

The learned AGP points out that the Petitioners should have approached the concerned Zilla Parishad by making appropriate representations with proper details, so as to enable the Zilla Parishad to respond to the same and convey their conclusion to the Petitioners.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the liberty to the Petitioners to make independent representations to Respondent Nos. 3 & 4. We would expect the said Respondents to deal with the representations in accordance with the policies applicable. Let such decision be taken within 60 days and the same shall be
