We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State.

The Petitioner submits that the view taken by this Court vide a speaking order dated 9th September, 2025 delivered in Writ Petition No. 14611 of 2024 and group of cases (Mangal Sarjerao Mokashi @ Mangal Kailas Nilkanth and Others vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others), would be applicable to the Petitioner's case. 3.
The learned AGP submits that in the present case, the Petition has been dismissed as against Respondent No. 6 Management. So also the Petitioner's proposal has not been forwarded by the Management and as Vishal Parekar ...1

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Management with a representation along with the copy of this order, to request it to forward her pension proposal to the appropriate authorities.

We record that if the Petitioner tenders such representation/ request, the Management would consider the same strictly in accordance with the records available and if the Petitioner is eligible, forward the proposal for pension to the competent Authority within a period of 45 days. In the event such proposal reaches the competent Authority, the said Authority would be at liberty to follow the directions set out below paragraph No. 17A to 17H in the judgment dated 27th February, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 2345 of 2014 and connected matters (Maharashtra Rajya Madhyamik Vs Uccha Madhyamik Shala Kruti Samittee and Others vs. State of Maharashtra and Others).
