Learned counsels for the parties on instructions submit that parties would be agreeable to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through mediation with an attempt to put an end to the entire dispute including the suit. 2.

By consent, Mr. S.G. Deshmukh, an Advocate practicing in this court is appointed as a Mediator. Learned counsel for the petitioner to intimate this order to the learned Mediator and also submit necessary papers.
