The Petitioner was working as a Depot Manager with the MSRTC. He received a second show cause notice dated 13.07.2024, proposing the punishment of dismissal of service on account of unauthorised absence of 4 years. He submits that an order of dismissal from service has already been passed by the MSRTC, on 13.07.2024. The Petitioner, therefore, desires to amend the Petition. 2.

Leave to amend, add grounds and prayers, is granted. 3.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 24.10.2024. List this Petition on 13.11.2024.
