This matter was heard for quite some time yesterday and today.

The learned Advocate for the Management has not come with the original file and service book of the Petitioner. It is contended that the pension proposal was handed over to the Petitioner to be carried to the Office of the Accountant General.

We are surprised as to how such a procedure is adopted by the Management. Since it is difficult to believe this, we called upon the learned Advocate for the Management to show us the office copy of the pension proposal. The learned Advocate for the Management submits that the Management has not given him the papers.

In light of the above, we are once again required to adjourn this matter.

We are listing this Petition for dictating orders on 18th September, 2025.
