Parties have tendered Consent Minutes of Order dated 31.07.2025 which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. They are running into three pages. For the sake of brevity and for reference, Consent Minutes of Order dated 31.07.2025 are scanned and reproduced below:-

Sub Divisional Officer (for short 'SDO'), Maval is directed to decide the Application for condonation of delay in filing Appeal No.308 of 2016 within a period of four (4) weeks from today. 4.
In the event if said delay is condoned then SDO, Maval shall
dispose of RTS Appeal No.308 of 2016 within a further period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter from the date of said order. Needless to state that parties are at liberty to file appropriate pleadings in Application for condonation of delay, as also RTS Appeal proceedings. 5.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

All contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open. 7.
Order in terms of Consent Minutes of Order.

Writ Petition is disposed.
