1.

We had issued notice to the Respondents on 15th October, 2024. The learned AGP has already entered an affidavit in reply. The remarks of the Registry indicate that notice is not yet served on Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The report is awaited. Consistently, till 10th February, 2025, the same report appears on the farad sheet. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner is under instructions to state that Respondent Nos 4 and 5 have already spoken to both the Petitioners and confirmed that they have received the notice.

2.

In the above circumstances, the Registry of this Court shall call for a report from the learned Principal District Judge, Pune, as to why the report of service on Respondent Nos. 4 and 4 is still not tendered to the Court. The name of the bailiff through whom service is attempted, would also be mentioned in the report of the learned PDJ. The said report shall be placed before us on 12th March, 2025. 3.

The Petitioner is permitted to privately serve the copy of this order, print out of which will be taken from the official website of the Bombay High Court, on Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, by speed post A/D. A service affidavit along with the print out of the tracking report from the India Post website, would be placed on record. 4.

We also permit the Petitioners to produce the original appointment orders received by them, if any, along with their short affidavit with pagination in continuation, which shall be filed on or before 6th March, 2025.
