We have perused the prayers made in the writ petition. The Petitioner prays that the orders passed on different dates in separate proceedings initiated by the Petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'Act of 2002') be executed. 2.

We find that it would be necessary for the Petitioner to file separate proceedings with regard to seeking implementation of separate proceedings passed under Section 14 of Act of 2002. Hence, this writ petition is restricted to seeking implementation of the order referred to in prayer clause (a)(i). In so far as the proceedings referred to in prayer clauses a(ii) to (v) are concerned, the Petitioner is at liberty to file separate proceedings.

Time is granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to obtain instructions with regard to the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by the learned District Magistrate, Pune in case No.895 of 2024. 4.
