Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 18th November 2024, the learned AGP was directed to take instructions. Since prayer of amendment has been declined at a pre-trial stage on the ground that the proposed 1/2

916-WP-14120-2024.DOC amendment would change the nature of the suit, despite there being specific pleading in paragraph 3 of the Plaint, the issue requires consideration.

Issue notice to Respondents, for final disposal, returnable on 27th February 2025.

The learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 5.

In addition to notice through Court, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by private service and file Affidavit of service.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of the prayer clause (c).
