In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has prayed for a direction to District Magistrate and District Collector, Pune to execute the order under Section 156 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration as the possession of a flat in question has been handed over to the petitioner yesterday.
