We have perused the earlier Order dated 12/6/2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6826 of 2021, filed by the present Petitioner.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out that the Petitioner-Union received a notice dated 27/6/2024, from the Solapur District Mathadi and Unprotected Worker Board, Solapur whose Chairman is the Assistant Commissioner Labour. In response to the said notice, the Union has tendered a reply. The grievance is that the proceedings have not been taken forward after the reply of the Petitioner. The request is that the Husen

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 2, to proceed with the pending proceedings in relation to the notice dated 27/6/2024. If required, fresh notices be issued to all the stakeholders. For clarity, notices to the stakeholders shall be issued within a period of 15 days from today and would be returnable within a period of 15 days thereafter. Reasonable opportunity of hearing be granted to the stakeholders and an order, in the light of the provisions of the Act, be passed with reasons, within a period of 90 days from the date of the appearance of the stakeholders. 4.

All contentions are kept open.
