As a consequence of the order dated 14th November, 2024, the original order dated 16th October, 2024 had to be corrected and signed. The Registry has pointed out Clause No.5 of the Circular Dated 29th March, 2004, which indicates that if the Coram, which passed the earlier order, is available, the motion for speaking to the minutes should be placed before the same bench. 3.

In view of the above, we are recalling our order dated 14th November, 2024, with liberty to the parties to request for formation of a Special Bench for dealing with the motion for speaking to the minutes.
