The grievance of the Petitioner is that though she has been appointed as a full-time teacher in Hindi on 16/7/2013, the proposal seeking approval to her appointment is withheld by the Management. The proposals of the employees who are junior to the Petitioner, have been forwarded for approval. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 27th November, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
