The only grievance that survives in this Petition is that when the Petitioner was granted a final approval from the date of her appointment on 14th September 2012, the Shalarth-ID has been granted from 28th July, 2019.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 27th November, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4.
