The Petitioner has retired in 2014. For more than 11 years, he is not getting pension because his service book is said to be missing. The salary scale is at the rate of the 4th Pay Commission recommendation, is the submission of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

We direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to ensure that the Service Book is ready and is placed before the Court for perusal, on 27th January, 2026.
