The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad has supplied a photostat copy of the Service Book (44 pages) to the Petitioner, as well as to this Court. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad has tendered a photostat copy of the communication dated 23rd January 2026, received by him from the Education officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad Nashik, informing that the proposal for pension has already Vina Khadpe

It is stated that in two days, a decision to grant the pension would be arrived at, and within a period of ten days thereafter, the payment of pension would commence. The copy of the said communication is taken on record and marked as 'X-2' for identification.

Considering the above, we would appreciate, if the payment of pension to the Petitioner is commenced on or before 16th February, 2026. Let the arrears of pension be paid on or before 10th March, 2026.

In view of the above directions, this Petition is disposed off.
