The above Petition has been filed by the wife of Mr.Prakash Liman (for short "the said Prakash") to be appointed as the legal guardian of the said Prakash. According to the Petitioner, the said Prakash is in a comatose condition or vegetative state and it is for this reason that the present Petition is filed.

The Petitioner-wife has stated that the Petitioner and the said Prakash have four children, namely, three daughters and one son, the details

of which have been set out in paragraph 3 of the Petition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has stated that before the next date, he shall file in this Court Consent Affidavits, if any, of said children stating that they have no objection if the Petitioner is appointed as the legal guardian of the said Prakash. We accept the said statement.

Before we proceed further in the above Writ Petition, and considering that the said Prakash is a resident of Pune and is currently at his home, B. J. Medical College and Sassoon Hospital, Pune is directed to constitute a Medical Board to examine the physical and medical health of the said Prakash and submit a report to this Court on or before 9th December 2024.

The Petitioner will facilitate and co-operate with the Board so constituted, to examine the said Prakash at his residence, and for this purpose, also make necessary arrangements for transport of the members of the said Medical Board to the residence of the said Prakash. 5.

We now stand the matter over to 9th December 2024 for passing further orders.
