He however submits that he would move the Authorities for grant of affiliation after removing all deficiencies. His apprehension is that the Authorities may not be influenced by the 1/2

907-WP-14200-24.doc earlier inspection report. It may be observed that after removal of the objections, Authorities are free to inspect the entire campus and take steps in accordance with law without being influenced by the earlier report.
