We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and have perused the judgment dated 9th May, 2024 delivered by this Court, in Writ Petition (L) No. 3980 of 2022 and a group of Petitions (Mrs.Prachi P. Kulkarni versus State of Maharashtra and Others).

This order is corrected vide speaking to minutes of order dated 16.01.2025.

The learned Advocate representing the University submits, on instructions, that the University is calculating the dues of the Petitioners and the quantification would be done within a couple of days. Hence, the grievance of the Petitioners is redressed. 3.

In view of the above, we direct the University to proceed to do the calculations of dues payable to the Petitioners and make the payments to them, by 30th November, 2024.
