One of the contentions raised by the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner is that though the order of transfer of the petitioner dated 3rd August 2024 does not state that it has been issued in view of the directives issued by the Election Commission of India on 31st July 2024, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has upheld the order of transfer on that ground.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18th November 2024. Mr. N.C. Walimbe, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Ashutosh Gole, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.3.
3.
In view of the fact that the respondent no.3 has joined at the place of transfer on 7th October 2024, there is no case for grant of interim relief. [ RAJESH S. PATIL, J. ] [ A.S. CHANDURKAR, J. ] Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:
