The case before us is such that the prospective Employer desires to check the antecedents of a candidate, who is likely to be engaged as an Employee. Therefore, the issue would be whether the prospective Employer can be issued with a Writ of SUNNY THOTE

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 28th January, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.
