However, inadvertently this Petition is not in the disposed off list and it is directed to be listed today for dictating Orders. 3.

In view of the above, since this Petition is already included in the already disposed off Petitions vide Order dated 11th July 2025, we are recalling the Order dated 11th July, 2025 passed in this Petition which reads as:- " At the request of learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation, stand over to 15th July, 2025 for dictating Orders." This order is, therefore, directed to be removed from the Bombay High Court official website.
