The grievance in the present Petition is to the condonation of delay of 49 years which Application was rejected by the SDO and the findings have been reversed by the learned member of MRT. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 27th November, 2024. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent No. 6. In addition to Court notice Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
