CORAM:

M.S. Sonak & Advait M. Sethna, JJ.

DATED:

20 NOVEMBER 2025 PC:- 1.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner will be satisfied if the National Highway Authorities consider the Petitioner's complaint dated 02 January 2024 and disposes it of in accordance with law. 2.

Without prejudice to the objections raised on behalf of the NHAI, keeping all such objections open, we direct the NHAI to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's complaint in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as

26-WP-14244-24.DOCX possible and in any event, within four weeks of the uploading of this order.

3.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the NHAI, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum to seek redressal of their grievances. This is so because the grievances of the Petitioner raised would involve adjudication of disputed questions of fact.

4.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order as to costs.

5.

All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
