We direct the State Government to file a reply affidavit. We are in fact surprised that so far the State Government has not filed any reply affidavit to this petition. We also permit the added respondents who is represented by Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Advocate to file reply to this petition. 10-WP-14245-2024 (C).doc that the entire contract as awarded to his client stand exhausted as also his clients have received 90% of the payment under contract. This is being disputed by Mr. Surve, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Till we hear the parties and pass further appropriate orders, let the State Government stay its hands to release any further payments which shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.
