The petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune to decide Interim Application No.2132 of 2024 expeditiously. By that application, the petitioner seeks dismissal of the Securitization Application that has been preferred by the respondent nos.2 and 3 herein.

Considering the grounds raised in the writ petition, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune for considering Interim Application No.2132 of 2024 expeditiously.
