Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner apprises this Court about the fact that the instant petition pertains to grievance regarding land acquisition in the District of Solapur.

In the light of the fact that the subject land is located in Solapur, the petition will have to be transferred to the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur. The Circuit Bench was established after this writ petition was filed. 4.
