Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the Joint Commissioner, Central GST, to dispose of the petitioner's rectification application dated 13 February 2024 expeditiously and in a time-bound manner.

Mr Ochani, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the application dated 13 February 2024 will be disposed of in accordance with law within 8 weeks from today. 4.
By recording the above statement and requiring the authorities to act consistently with the same, we dispose of this petition.
