Since the learned counsel for the respondent has furnished details of the auction purchaser as sought by the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. He requests that the Securitization Application filed by the petitioners has been granted circulation for 23rd October 2024. In case the said proceedings are ready in all aspects, the Debts Recovery Tribunal is requested to take up the said matter in view of the prayer for interim relief sought to be made therein. 2.

Keeping all points in the writ petition open, it is disposed of as withdrawn.
