The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs : (a) Rule may kindly be issued in the present Writ Petition. (b) for a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari, or any other Writ, Order or Direction of this Hon'ble

Court, calling for the papers and proceedings relating to the impugned Order dated 8/4/2024 passed by the 1st Respondent, and after inquiring into the legality and validity thereof, quash and set aside the same.

(c) for a Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, i.e., Respondent No.2 herein, to pass necessary orders, in the Appeal filed by the Petitioner on 24/4/2024 and finally heard on 6/8/2024 by the 2nd Respondent.

Despite the aforesaid reliefs, the only relief pressed before us is prayer clause (c) which seeks a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division (Respondent No.2, herein) to pass necessary orders in the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 24th April, 2024 and in which a hearing was concluded on 6th August, 2024.

Since this is the limited relief sought by the Petitioner, we dispose of the above writ petition by requesting the Divisional Commissioner to decide and pass orders in the appeal filed by the Petitioner on 24th April, 2024 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, on or before 14th November, 2024.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place it on Board on 18th November, 2024, for reporting compliance. 6.
