In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the validity of the communication dated 12/09/2024 issued by Respondent no.3, by which it has rejected the technical bid of the Petitioner interalia on the following grounds viz, i) Petitioner has failed to upload the Shop Act license and ii) Food samples submitted by the Petitioner failed in the lab test.

Though Mr.Chandurkar, the learned Addl. GP submits that the grievance of the Petitioner is pending consideration before the State Government, he prays for and is granted time of two weeks to enable him to take a final decision.

The aforesaid prayer has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
