Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent No.2 decide the representation which is at page 146 of the paper-book within a fixed time frame. By the representation, the petitioner made an application for cancellation and revocation of DRC No.255 and 296 issued in favour of

Bhogale 33.wp-14362-2025.odt non-applicants/respondent No.1 and subsequently transferred in favour of respondent Nos.2 to 6 therein.

The request made by the petitioner is reasonable. We request the respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 18/10/2023 and if he find substance in the representation, he may proceed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties. The decision thereon be communicated to the petitioner. This exercise be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.
