The petitioner, in these petitions, has assailed the validity of the orders dated 1st August 2024 and 13th September 2024 issued by the Administrator, Satara Municipal Council, by which the sister concern of the petitioner has been blacklisted from participating in any of the future contracts of the Municipal Council.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the sister concern Nandakumar Constructions has merged with the Nandkumar Infrastructure, which is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The learned counsel, therefore, submits that the aforesaid LLP has locus to assail the aforesaid orders, however, he prays for an adjournment in order to enable him to move an application seeking amendment.
