The facts giving rise to filing of the present Petition are that by order dated 01/08/2024, the Petitioner was debarred from participating in the tender. Thereafter, a letter was issued on 13/09/2024 and in view of the order dated 1/08/2024, issued by Respondents, they did not open technical bid of the Petitioner. Being aggrieved, the present Petition is filed.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 prays for and granted time of one week to file Affidavit in Reply. 3.
