The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Additional Collector has decided the appeal preferred by the petitioners under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 on 24th October 2024. Copy of the said order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the purpose of filing the writ petition stands served. The writ petition is disposed of. 3.

Needless to state that all consequential steps flowing from the order dated 24th October 2024 shall be taken by the Revenue Authorities within a period of two weeks from today.
