Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have been duly served in April 2024 and October 2024. Necessary affidavit of service has also been filed. 2.

Accordingly, Ms. Yadav, who normally appears for the respondents to seek instructions from the respondents. She states that she is not appearing in this matter but by next week she will try to obtain instructions.

The grievance in this petition is that petitioner's 58 containers are not being released for no apparent reason. This

Accordingly, we post this matter on 29 July 2025 for final disposal at the admission stage. If the respondent wishes to file any reply they should file such reply latest by 24 July 2025.

Mr. Patil states that as an abundant caution yet another notice along with copy of this order will be served upon the respondents and affidavit of service will be filed. 6.

Ms. Yadav also states that she will inform the respondents about the order.
