The Petitioner has already been promoted as a Supervisor and he has joined the promotional post on 17th June, 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that this Petition can be disposed off. 3.
In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. WRIT PETITION NO.14441 OF 2024 4.
Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Senior Advocate for the Management, and since we are passing an order by consent, we are not adverting to the several issues that have been canvassed before us, especially by the Management, regarding the conduct of the Petitioner teacher at Sadhana Vidyalaya, Hadapsar, Pune. Suffice it to say that the Management has graciously offered a posting at a school in Mhalunge-Padwal, Taluka Ambegaon, District Pune, which is 62 km from Wakad, where the Petitioner is now residing. 5.
The reason for filing this Petition, challenging the transfer to the High School at Alkuti, Taluka Parner, District Ahmednagar, is that the Petitioner has a 6 year old child suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder. Though it is not disclosed in the Petition, the wife of the Petitioner is a businesswoman. Therefore, we could have refused to entertain this Petition. However, the
Management has graciously agreed to post him at the school in Mhalunge-Padwal, Taluka Ambegaon, District Pune. Since the Petitioner, who is present in the Court hall, has agreed to join the said place, this Petition is being entertained to a limited extent. 6.
The Petitioner had already reported at Shri Sainath High School, Alkuti in July 2024 and is currently working in the said School. Hence, the consent between the parties, shall take effect after the Diwali vacation, when the Petitioner will join the School at Mhalunge-Padwal, Taluka Ambegaon, District Pune, on the first day after the reopening of the school post Diwali vacation. 7.
In view of the above, the Petitioner has instructed the learned Advocate to seek disposal of this Petition. 8.
Accordingly, this Petition is disposed off in terms of the consent between the parties.
