Petition has been moved urgently in view of directions which were given to the Circle Officer to remove the impediment on 18th October, 2024. This Court therefore inquired with the learned AGP whether the coercive action can be stayed till the Petition is being heard.

The matter was kept back for taking necessary instructions. 3.

Learned AGP, subsequently, informed that a communication was addressed by the Tahsildar Mulshi. The Communication is taken on record. Perusal of the communication indicates that the Tahsildar has stayed the removal of the impediment on the road for the reason that this Court has granted stay order. It is clarified that there is no formal stay and the only inquiry by this Court was whether it is possible to Harish 1 of

With this clarification the communication is taken as a statement by the Tahsildar that till the next date, no coercive action will be taken as indicated in the direction dated 1st October, 2024. 5.

List the Petitioner for further consideration on 25th November, 2024.

Till the next date, the statement of the Tahsildar that no action will be taken to continue.
