The Petition challenges order dated 30 September 2024 passed by the Competent Authority in Execution Proceedings by which order dated 24 May 2024 is sought to be executed. 2.

Petitioner has not filed Revision Petition against order dated 24 May 2024 and the said order has thus attained finality. The Competent Authority is merely attempting to execute the eviction decree dated 24 May 2024. I do not find any valid reason to interfere in the order dated 30 September 2024. Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
