A grievance is made by Dr. Warunjikar, that on the last occasion as the counsel for the Respondent No. 6 had sought time, this Court had directed the learned AGP to inform the Talathi to not to act on the impugned order. However he has been informed that as there is no written order the Talathi is likely to act on the impugned order. The same is sought to be disputed by the learned AGP who submits that Shubham Talle 1 of
