The grievance of the petitioner is that the application for stay preferred by respondent no.1 was dealt with and decided by the revisional authority - Hon'ble Revenue Minister without proper and adequate notice to the petitioner. However, during the course of hearing today, it is informed by learned counsel for the respondent no.1 that hearing of the main revision application is

Ingale 10-WP-4533-24.odt already over. Even the petitioner has filed written notes of argument.

In this view of the matter, if the matter is not already decided, the request is made to the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the revision application itself on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from today.

The parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 23/06/2025.

The parties to place copy of this order on the record of the Hon'ble Minister on 23/06/2025.
