Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this writ petition may be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to seek withdrawal of the Review Petition pending before this Court. He also seeks to withdraw the application seeking withdrawal of Revision Application No. 253 of 2024 pending before the revisional authority.

Having regard to the overall facts of the matter, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to seek withdrawal of the Review Petition as well. Petitioner BGP.

shall also be permitted to withdraw the Application seeking withdrawal of the Revision Application pending before the Revisional Authority.

In case prayer for withdrawal of Review Petition is allowed as also the prayer for withdrawal of Application seeking withdrawal of Revision Application is also allowed, then the Revisional Authority shall expedite the proceedings of the Revision Application and conclude the same at the earliest. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
