Mr. Hitesh G. Raninga, learned Advocate, informs the Court that he has perused the order dated 16.06.2026. He represents the educational institute/management added as respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 in the present petition. He has taken instructions from the Chairman, Mr. Abhaykumar Salunkhe, and informs the Court that the respondent educational institution will prepare the proposal for absorption of the petitioner from a part time lecturer to a full time 1 of

907-WP-14577-2024 (C).doc lecturer, in accordance with law, and submit the same to the Deputy Director of Education within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

Once the said proposal is received by the Deputy Director of Education, the Deputy Director of Education is directed to determine the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter, without any delay. In the event of any delay, the Deputy Director of Education shall be personally liable and responsible, and this Court will then step in and grant liberty to the petitioner to apply to the Court in the event of any delay for determination of the proposal.

The order dated 16.06.2026 stands complied with, and the same shall be read along with this order. In view of both the aforesaid orders, Writ Petition No. 14577 of 2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
