Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 6th December 2024. Learned AGP waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

By the impugned order, the Competent Authority has granted maintenance of Rs.3,000/- to respondent No.3 and has directed the petitioner to vacate the room which is in his possession since 1990. 4.

Mr. Tripathi would submit that he has no objection to payment of monthly maintenance however eviction which has been sought by respondent No.3 is at instance of other siblings. 5.

List petition on 6th December 2024. Till he next date, clause (ii) of the operative part of the impugned order is stayed. Liberty to the petitioner to deposit the amount of maintenance in the bank account of Respondent No.3.
