Praecipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 6th October, 2025 contending that in paragraph No.3 of the said order the date of the affidavit has been mentioned as "9th September, 2024" instead of "9th January, 2024". 2.

After hearing learned counsel for both the sides, correction in the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 6th October, 2025 is permitted. The date of the affidavit mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 6th October, 2025 would now be read as "9th January, 2024" instead of "9th September, 2024". 3.

Order dated 6th October, 2025 shall stand modified to the above extent. Rest of the order remains as it is. Let the corrected order be uploaded.
