1] During the course of arguments the learned counsel for respondent no.1 submitted that the petitioner should be directed to appear before Disciplinary Committee consisting of seven staff members of the College in terms of the minutes recorded on 27/09/2024 to enable the Committee to consider the request of the petitioner in the matter of grant of admission to Second Year B.Com Course. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to appear before the said Committee. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the said Committee tomorrow which is 25/10/2024 to enable the said Committee to consider the version of the petitioner and if necessary obtain any 1/2 924-WP-14593-24.doc bdp-sps

undertaking for good behaviour in future from him. It is open for the Committee to interact with the parents of the petitioner virtually. 2] Stand over to 19/11/2024 with liberty to apply in case of any contingency.
