The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus or in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and pass an order directing the Respondent to adjudicate the Applications at Exhibit E colly within such time as this Court deems fit;

(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and pass an order directing Respondent to adjudicate any application to filed by the Petitioners seeking permission to disburse expenses for the period from August 2024 onwards till appointment of new trustees, within a such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit;" Digitally signed by ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date:

Since this is the limited relief sought in the above Writ Petition, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the Respondent to adjudicate the Applications at Exhibit 'E' (colly) of the Petition as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three weeks from today. If there are any future Applications filed by the Petitioner seeking permission to disburse expenses of the Trust, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two weeks from the date of applications being filed. Obviously this arrangement will continue till the appointment of new Trustees.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.
